What do you need?
- A P&P pack *the bit we provide* which includes: recipes, jars, wax discs, cloth circles, rubber-bands, ribbons and labels – legal and otherwise.
- A kitchen
- A local fruit and / or veg farmer – or an organically-minded supermarket
- A jam pan and a thermometer
- A nearby retailer keen to participate – you just need to ask – or just friends and family.
